Land Rover Lightweight / Airportable RH Series 2A front wing assembly

Premium quality aftermarket reproduction right hand front wing assembly for the first series 2A Lightweights (with the headlamps in the radiator panel). Manufactured in England by Goosefoot Panels to the original specification so far as present day materials will allow but with 2 upgrades to increase durability. A small strengthening web has been added to the subrame to replace the original TIG weld which is prone to cracking.

The splash panel mounting bracket is made of 2.0mm aluminium rather than the original 1.2mm. Constructed from the aluminium / magnesium / manganese alloy which is the modern day equivalent of Birmabright and spot welded together just like the original. The panel is supplied in a bare metal finish which has been lightly abraded to provide a key for your etch primer.
