Rebuilt Land rover series gearboxes. We are a small Land Rover specialist in Cornwall who have been rebuilding gearboxes for around 15 years. As a family run business and passionate Land Rover enthusiasts we strive to offer the best service and value possible with a friendly, professional service. Unlike others, our boxes are put together with care and attention as we only do a few every month not a massive production line. Every box has a full Oem spec bearing set (Timkin or NTN or high quality alternative), new bulk rings, new Bronze bush, new Syncro hub or springs if teeth are in good order.

Every single component is checked, assessed and changed if necessary. We also offer refurbishment of you existing gearbox, if you would like your vehicles numbers to match or to keep it original we completely understand and are happy to work with you to get you the best deal and service. Series: 1 Ring pull only and up to 1954. This includes, new intermediate bearings, washers and shims, output seals and speed housing adjustment. 90% of Transfer boxes only need this not a full rebuild as they are very strong units especially the later ones.
