3rd & 4th Gear hub syncro clips. Hi - low O ring. 4x Heavy duty detent springs. All gears, shafts, selectors and other components are examined, rigorously tested, and checked for quality, durability and longevity.

Any parts that are replaced are genuine OEM or G rated when possible. All the bolts and nuts are replaced for new with zinc plated spring washers. The LT76 is assembled to factory clearances and torque settings. The main shaft and layshaft are shimmed to preload. We seal the casings with an adhesive sealant and OEM gaskets are used when possible. Unlike some companies, we work the old fashioned way, by putting our trust into our customers to return their old units. Simply attach your old unit(s) onto the pallet provided, contact Beau Engineering to inform it is ready to be collected, and we will take care of the rest. Our units come without gearstick, Hi-low lever, 4WD lever, gearbox mounts, hand brake or output flanges. ALL UNITS ARE WARRANTED FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS (from the date of the invoice). OVERSEAS BUYERS - Beau Engineering provides a world wide service.
