Land Rover series 2a 109 lwb 1969

Here is myold land rover series 2a 109. I think I have done 10 miles in 6 months.

Shes a 109, series 2a 1969, she's had a series 3 front end fitted including bulkhead at some point. 2.25 petrol engine which starts first time.

White weller wheels x5 fitted with nice mud tyres. 4 speed manual gear box with fairy overdrive which makes motorway travel a little cheaper.

Chassis is very good and soild, needing no work. It only has 1 or 2 patches and has had a rear crossmember at some point before my ownership.

It has defender front seats I think. Everything works on the old girl as it should, however the brakes could do with looking at as it now pulls 1 way under braking, I guess due to lack of use. It has a tow bar with ball and pin. I have an oil pressure gauge fitted for peace of mind. To some up, this is a old land rover, it is used, it has battle scarrs and scratches.

But its a good usable landy and ready to work. I have only used it as a toy.
