Land Rover Series 2a 88 Diesel 1970
Land Rover Series 2a 1970 2.25 Diesel. V5 present and in my name. Runs and drives okay for a 51 year old vehicle! The chassis is very solid and has recently been painted. The body work is pretty straight and tidy for its age - it benefits from a recent paint job in the original Land Rover blue paint.
The electrics work apart from the fuel gauge, which has a mind of its own! 4wd/Low range is in full working order.
Recent Oil+Filter change and new battery. The bulkhead has gone below the windscreen (see photos) but the rest of it seems good - the footwells are solid. The front wings have holes in (see photos). Presumably for a snorkle at some point in its life?
I have some chequer plate panels if you wish to cover them up. The passenger seat base is missing.Viewings are welcome and can be arranged. Cash or bacs on collection.
