One Off. Scratch Built Series One Landrover Pedal Car

Bespoke, hand built Series 1 (one) Land Rover working pedal car, recently finished- unused. Built on a very sturdy refurbished 1960s pedal kart chassis (imaged), that's been shortened, custom steering plus other bits - done by professional welder and finished in satin black. The body is a 1 off built by myself from self drawn plans. Made from various thicknesses of ply and is of very solid construction and bolted to chassis. Very carefully finished with no filler.

New heavy duty wheels and tyres. Authentic fold down screen, and bolted on door tops, removable canvas "look" hood. Opening bonnet with closing latches. Aluminium box section front bumper.

Period look lights (not wired). Custom seat in correct style material. Painted in Silver and semi gloss Bronze green by professional painter. This is not supposed to be a exact carbon copy series 1 Land Rover - more of a usable tribute.

NOR is it a Toylander kit! Designed with "proper"fixings so it can be stripped and rebuilt without nasty glues etc. Would make great toy, show / display piece or accompaniment to a full size vehicle.
