Series 2a Land Rover with rare PTO Plumettt winch

Series 2a Land Rover with rare PTO Plumettt winch. Fitted with a 2.5 N/A diesel engine. Replacement chassis 10 years ago, fitted with parabolic springs and new shock absorbers, and all new braking system. Long wheelbase rims with ex military Michelin tyres fitted. Fully working rare Plumett winch made in Switzerland.

These winches can pull in any direction the cable exits below the winch through a swivel pulley. That allows the wire rope to pull in any direction. A lot of these winches were fitted to GPO Land Rovers that were used for telephone under ground wire work. This is collection only with cash or cleared funds rather than Pay Pal.
